May I return my products for a refund?
Return eligibility: Most new, unused items in undamaged condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
In-store purchases: Stop & Shop accepts returns within 30 days from the sale date. If you have a receipt, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For those without a receipt, a store credit will be provided.
Home delivery and store pickup: For online purchases, refunds can be processed within seven days of pickup or delivery by contacting Stop & Shop’s customer care center at (800) 767-7772.
