I paid for an order on the Burger King app but never received my food. How do I get a refund?
If a restaurant fails to fulfill an app order, contact Burger King’s guest care team at (866) 394-2493 or through help.bk.com. Have your order confirmation and payment details ready. If the restaurant refused a refund because the order was placed digitally, document the incident (receipt, date, store number) and escalate to Burger King corporate. Burger King sent me an email offer, but the restaurant or app wouldn't honor it. What can I do?
