Today my husband picked me up after a hospital procedure that lasted most of the morning. We stopped at Burger King for lunch. He stayed outside with our little doggie as I went inside and placed our order. I came out toward the picnic tables carrying a large bag with our order and two milk shakes. Right in front of the tables was a very deep hole which I couldn’t see from carrying our order. I stepped into the hole, throwing me to the ground after hitting my side on the table and scrapping both knees and elbows.
The Manager, Sam, came right out to help us. She was caring and compassionate as well as professional. She brought out wet cloths to help us clean up from the milk shakes all over us. She gently took me to the ladies room and helped me wash up. She took my arm to walk with me because I was so shaky. She brought us a meal and shake replacement free of charge. She did not know about the hole which had been left by landscaping. She apologized over and over saying ,”I’m here to help you .” This was not to save her job or to save from a law suit. She genuinely cared about my welfare. I am 75 years old. I am so thankful that I had no broken bones or head injury. But mostly thankful for Sam’s kindness.
Her Burger King is located on Golf Links Rd and Houghton Rd, Tucson, AZ. She deserves to be recognized with honor for being so kind while handling the incident professionally.

You must intervene at your Fredericksburg, Texas location.
They have NO leadership, it's pandemonium and clear they are not trained enough to work without a supervisor. This restaurant was once very efficient and organized. Now it's terrible.

I had issues with two orders and created cases. Four days later one was resolved, the other one closed saying it was resolved but was not. Phone ringing strangely without being answered. App help all messed up and cannot be used. Never ever have I had such problems resolving an issue and spending so much tine on something that should be easy.

Wish I could have left a review without any stars. BK has turned to artificial intelligence for ALL customer service. Local store managers are NOT able to resolve App errors and double charges, and customers are advised to use the app (artificial intelligence with absolutely no clue what "charged twice for one meal" means). Over an hour wasted as the manager gave me an employee-only help line (upon answering, the automated receptionist demands an employee number). In the end, the one meal I received was destroyed by the store team jerking me around with non-functioning 800 numbers and an AI that just plain was not competent enough to recognize a problem. The response via email (despite phone call being requested) was short and dismissive, and only refunded ONE of the two charges, then told me that BK's policy does not "provide any alternative resolution for further problems in this matter." BK has gone the way of AI and email only. I will never risk this kind of experience again, and I will share this story everywhere knowing that the loss to BK just from my own experience will FAR outcost what they could have simply refunded to me.

Order from the application is a great risk as some stores don't honour application price . I order from the application once I arrive at the store on Montreal rod Ottawa I was served tape water instead of bottle water. The store explanation is the bottle water is too expensive for the application pricing of my two can dine order of 19.99$
