We rented a home for our entire family in Paradise Valley, Az 2/2020 for one week. We paid $200,00 extra for the pool to be heated. The heater stopped working and before someone fixed it we had three days when we could not swim as too cold. Neither the Propert Manager nor VRBO cares. We feel we paid for something we did not receive and they have no right to keep our approx. $80.00.
