I made an online purchase for Hitch-N-Ditch ( to help with the installation of my irrigation system) using my Discover CC through Paypal. Shortly after receiving the product a part broke. The packing slip contained old out of date contact info for the vendor, had no choice but to contact PayPal. They wanted me to ship back item (and they would credit me up to $25.) Item weighs more than 40 pounds and would cost more than that to return. So I then contacted Discover to dispute charges. Shortly after contacting Discover, I was able to get ahold of vendor and he agreed to send out a replacement piece once I canceled dispute. I then canceled disputes with both PayPal and Discover. Paypal has yet to release the funds to vendor and I'm still out money and my Hitch-N-Ditch. Shortly before this Covid 19 started I called Paypal and there was nothing I could do except wait as they needed to make sure Discover closed the dispute. I emailed them proof that I closed the transaction. And still have heard nothing. Not sure what to do at this point. I have been waiting for almost 3 months. Does anyone have any recommendations??
