Greetings,

June 8, 2019 I rented a Ford Fusion from Enterprise located in Lewisville, TX. The vehicle was returned the following Monday between the hours of 6AM and 7AM. I was informed there was hail damage done to this vehicle. I didn't take pictures once the vehicle was dropped off. I have proof that I was no where near any hail storm(from receipts of gas stops), and they are claiming that I caused over 2,000 dollars in damage. I did a little weather storm research to confirm the reported areas of hail, and I was no where near them. They are refusing to provide me with pictures of the damaged vehicle at the time of inspections, and are denying my dispute among other requests. My credit score is in jeopardy as they are threatening to send my claim to collections. I am requesting your help as I am not getting any further toward a resolution. I would be most certainly grateful as to any amount of help you can provide.
