    tried to book a room by telephone took me an hour the people who answer the phones and do the bookings dont speak good english surely the people you employ should be better than this. and after finally booking hotel never received confirmation and now am gonna have to talk to another person to try and get confirmation. never again.

    Please can you read the following email I have sent to all contacts possible throughout The Hilton Organization..

    Re; The Probert Family In Room 906 At SeaWorld..

    Please can you ask whoever is in charge of this hotel to contact me a.s.a.p please!
    There have been a number of issues which I wish to discuss further as my family and I are not happy at all, as we have not had any offer compensation whatsoever, you now leave me no choice but to issue complaints to our tour operator and all and all holiday/vacation organizations and websites plus tourist forums!

    As Follows;

    1) Water gushing down in front of our room 906, water gushing out of pipes at ground level in front of our room at early hours of the morning on a few occasions not giving us enough time to rest at all.

    2) The air conditioning making my family and I very ill and having to see the doctor and nurse at a local Pharmacy at great expense to us.

    3) My asking for a Fan at your reception desk seemed to be more of an inconvenience to your reception staff rather than a help to us, so we could turn the air con off so we may recover before our journey back to Scotland in the UK on the 19th of this month, eventually I was given a fan from reception that was for reception use only? but I had to see two members of staff before this was given!.

    4) Having to ask and locate cutlery & plates for use in our room when we were too ill to go out and eat, eventually we had to get these items from Max’s takeaway!

    Please Note The Following;

    Following a recent visit to Nashville on our tour of America we had to instruct our bank in the UK to follow up where our security deposit was from the hotel in Nashville and why it had not been returned to our account, this was at great expense to us and very time consuming as it did not appear in our account when it should have!
    I would however like a statement & signed and printed letter assuring my family and I that our security deposit be returned a.s.a.p to my account or the cash given on departure, as I will not leave without my security deposit being returned!
    A member of your staff very reluctantly informed me that this is out of there remit and when I check out on the 19th it will start a process after midnight to go back to my account and that this is up to my bank and there system to guarantee this process, I have since contacted my bank and this is not the case and it is in fact your system that is used that this relies upon for monies to be returned to the customer!I can assure you that our stay here has not been that of a pleasant one, but saying this, there are members of your staff that have been very helpful and kind to all of my family and I!
    I do hope that these issues and that of my security deposit are not overlooked in anyway by the time our departure is due on the 19th of this month, as I will not leave until these issues are corrected and my funds are returned and I do not want an unpleasant confrontation in the reception area upon us vacating your establishment.
    My family and I have paid either card or cash for everything here in Orlando including your hotel and we do not owe any funds to you, nor will we by our departure date!
    I have spent a lot of money here in your hotel and other facilities within your hotel and have been here about three weeks by the 19th of this month.

    I trust that these issues are dealt with accordingly before we vacate.

    My stay at the Doubletree in Costa Rica has been horrible. The food is just not worth eating. I understand that this resort is all inclusive, but there is nothing here worth eating.
    Please contact me at room 3126. This is supposed to be a newly renovated building and it is falling apart. Mold all over the place.
