- Visit Aeromexico’s official website using your mobile device or web browser.
- Sign in to your booking account by entering your login credentials.
- Navigate to the “Manage your booking” section.
- Enter the booking details you wish to cancel, including the passenger’s last name and the booking reference ID.
- Choose the ticket you want to cancel from the list provided.
Please note that AeroMexico imposes a flight cancellation fee of $200 if canceled more than 24 hours from the booking.
