I think all guests should be using social media to communicate with their airlines. It's quicker, it's at your own pace, and you will most likely get the best of the best who work these social feeds. Afraid to air your dirty laundry, use Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM to send a private message.

Makes great sense. I know that companies' online Chats utilize their A Team of Customer reps, who have more authority than the general Cust Serv reps. So I'd think that with social media being so public, they'd have experienced reps and quick replies.
