Uber account activation

Uber

My uber account was deactivated due to late deliveries which is not my fault, They can have a look into roadmap , They are not even understanding what the situation was , They are just sending me the standard messages, If they can show my map or any proof that you have done the late deliveries am so happy to understand but not listening to any one , on the day of deactivation, the customers keep changing the address, Even though I never expected money from them , But I was given food to the customers, we are humans, We can understand how people are hungry, They can have a look into customers message, They can see my message. I was hoping an outcome from your advocacy is the Uber account of mine to be Activated. I was really to your team that would happen. Thanks in advance to the Team .

What's your desired resolution?
I was expecting my Uber account to be Activated. or they can send me the proof that am ineligible with all evidence. Thanks
