I have provided them police report number and they have still declined to replace my gift card.
what did they say when you provided them with the police report number? did you ask why they refuse?
do you have the original return receipt to show them, the one you got when you recieved the GC as a refund??

may I ask what the nature of the return was? the merchandise you returned, why did you not get a refund onto a card, or cash? why did you have to take a gift card? where did the merchandise originally come from? how did you receive the merchandise?

I have the same questions sas has. I asked them prior and didn't get an answer. We have never had a gift card problem that didn't have a suspicious background story.

Please answer sas's questions.
