Hi Maddy
My problem is with T Mobile
On Dec 31 2016 my Samsung Galaxy S7
phone Suddenly went into
On Jan 1 2017 I
went to local T Mobile store to unlock phone
the employee
was unable to unlock phone & he
Stated that I had to call Google
Called Google and they referred me back to T Mobile
Called T Mobile Customer Care Rep
Explained I wanted to return phone back to T Mobile
but because of its policy it will only take Samsung Phone after ANTI-LOCKED is
turned off
T MOBILE texted it's policy on how to unlock phone (I was unable to follow instructions):(
Jan 2 Called Google
Spoke to Google Rep and Samsung Rep
and Phone is Still Locked:'(
As of today my Jan 8
Samsung Galaxy S7 is still
Locked and I am left to using a pay as you go phone that I purchased from WALMART:-(
