Sandals/Beaches Trip Cancellation - COVID19

Booked a trip to Beaches for April 7th 2020. Beaches closed for a month due to COVID19. I have requested that my full payment be refunded and only my deposit be kept for future travel - same time next year. Sandals is only offering a trip credit. Based on the Terms and Conditions on the Sandals website (at the bottom), the verbiage states full payment is to be made a couple months before traveling.

Unfortunately this is the Sandals policy and many many people are furious about it. Many people that were traveling during school break can only rebook during school break and the resorts are full.

I would suggest flooding their Social Media pages urging them to extend the credits longer.

We have company contacts as well and you can use those to
try and appeal to executives. The airlines changed their policies due to pressure from consumers and if enough consumers complain, you might be able to make a difference.
