I received a credit for a trip on United this March. I booked it 3/2/20 and cancelled 3/12/20 through the app Hopper. I received a notice from Hopper that I would receive a credit for an travel between now and 3/2/21. This does not help as I need a flight that would be the last week in March due to school schedules. Please can I have a refund and will purchase the ticket next year.
