I accidentally made a reservation for 19-23rd July instead of 19-23rd June at NH COLLECTION AMSTERDAM GRAND HOTEL KRASNAPOLSKY. It turns out that my Priceline reservation was in turn made via Agoda. I have been in constant touch with Erik, the front office manager at the hotel. He informed me that he is willing to make changes/cancel the reservation if he is contacted by Agoda. I have already informed this to several Priceline customer service agents but no relevant action has been taken. I have even specifically asked an agent if Agoda has emailed the hotel and he said yes. Erik, on the other hand, told me that no one from Agoda has contacted him yet. How do I make Priceline contact Agoda to email the hotel?
