We reserved a R/T ticket from Cairo to Raleigh through JustFly. . Our return flight was cancelled due to the Covid 19.
We need our refund back as all respectable agencies did.
We tried to contact JustFly, but they are just scammers. They never reply to phone calls and mails. They are thieves. Please try to help us as we had to pay a lot for the repatriation flight from DC to Cairo.
I am warning everyone not to reserve using JustFly.

Unfortunately, in the past we have received numerous complaints concerning this company and their sister company FlightHub. They are no longer responding to our inquires on any submitted consumer issues. Also, the Better Business Bureau has noted several government actions against them on the FlightHub page.

Our recommendation is to file a complaint with your State's Attorney Generals office and/or one in the State where they have a license

Since the company is based in Canada (parent company is Momentum Ventures who also runs Flight Hub), you may want to file a complaint with the Canadian Consumer Protection Agency in Ontario:

Hopefully, your complaint to the agencies will spur the company to respond with a resolution, and if enough complaints are filed, maybe the regulatory officials will take further action to remedy their behavior.
