NCL canceled our cruise 2 days before departure. Got a full refund minus insurance. The cancellation notice said full refund but did not mention that the insurance purchased through them was not included. Do I have any options? Contacted customer service and tried credit card dispute neither worked.

@Neil Maley Is it relevant if the OP lives in NY or a state where cruise insurance is provided at an arm's length from the cruise line?

When was the cruise? We had a similar post and the writer told us NCL was refunding insurance because they received
so many complaints:

We were booked for Feb. 17th on the Jade. Original itinerary was Hong Kong to Singapore then changed to round trip Singapore before cancellation. Reason for cancel was due to Viet Nam closing it's ports.
