You can copy and paste your letter but remove any identifying information such as reservation number, your email or phone numbers, etc.- we don't open attachments. But it doesn't go to the media - if it a problem we can help you with we will tell you. We are here to fix problems. If you want media exposure, you can call your local tv station to see if they can help. But if whatever happened is not the fault of the airline, we will also tell you that so we will need the whole story of what happened.
