Hotel won’t answer me

Yes contact booking they have an cancellation policy in place due to the coronavirus
Booked a non refundable hotel for a night on booking.com. Hotel hasn’t answered me even though I offered to take a credit. Should I contact Booking.com directly? My flights to that country were canceled. Thx

what is the policy?
The policy is specific to your own booking. It will be listed on your booking page. You may have booked a refundable reservation which entitles you to a refund. You may have booked a non-refundable reservation, in which case there is no refund.

thank you. I thought there was a modification of the policy due to the virus. The hotel gave me a credit and I am fine with that. Thx sooo much. Sandy
