Yep, the executive customer service inbox worked much better. Got my refund but a bunch of non-answers about why this happened and what they'll do to prevent the initial incident or improve normal customer service.

I think you can assume as a given that they will try to make sure that it won't happen again (at least not at that location). I would be glad that you got the refund and let them not you worry about fixing their internal problems although it's nice that you want to stop this happening for others.
