Help with a refund from All About Australia, they are asking for a $1000 cancellation fee for a $4000 trip

Take the refund but file a complaint with the Attorney General in Texas and complain about their $600 fee. They should not be charging you a fee because they are requiring you to cancel. You might get at least $600 of that $739 back.

It’s not right they are charging you a fee for THEM making you cancel. Wait until you get the refund, then file.

Again, thank you everyone for all the advice you gave me! I bit the bullet and agreed to the refund. Fingers crossed I'll receive my money back.
