Yes the only option we have is a future voucher that needs to be used by Dec 2020. That is not doable with our current situation. My husband will not be able to travel till end of next year. We want a refund.

I think you need to give us more details of your situation. When were you supposed to use the services of this business? What do the terms of the reservation state when you booked the service?
