Thank you for contacting us again regarding your rental. We have reviewed your charges again for a third time.
With regards to the damage charges our position has not changed. We have researched this particular vehicle's previous rentals and found no other recorded damage. The billing remains unchanged, and we are confident that the damage charges are correct.
This response has to be our final answer on this matter, and unless we receive new information that will necessitate another review, we will not be in a position to respond to further correspondence on this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
