People take huge risks in an attempt to save even a few dollars. Most are winners here. Suspect that complaints as a percentage of passengers is tiny. Of course most unhappy passengers don't complain.

That said, I'll never fly with them.

I am consistently amazed at how people will spend dollars to save a dime.... I guess I should be used to it by now though.

I think it's the remnants of the "but it will never happen to ME" and "because I DO know EVERYTHING" syndromes that we all have as teenagers. No other plausible explanation.
