While Agoda may have taken your credit card information, they may not be the one who actually made the charge. In most cases (but not all) it will be the hotel. I recommend checking your credit card statement, the company that actually charged the card, is the company that will need to authorize any refund.Thank you for the input.

I booked with customer service representative directly and not on line.
The hotel is part of a larger chain in Asia.
I booked my accommodations in August for our trip in November for 12 days.
We had to scramble last minute to find a same day reservation and payed a triple increased rate for it.
I attempted to discuss the situation directly with the hotel and was told to contact Agoda. I am being shuffled back and forth between the 2 without a satisfactory resolution.
