What recourse to get my refundable SAGA tickets of $5,200. Cancelled April 11, 2020 and stated 8-12 weeks. Now beyond timeline.
Notified credit card company in early June for dispute but no action as yet. I thought that CC would automatically apply a credit to my account based upon the facts...
Purchased SaGa refundable tickets in August 2019 for travel on 8/20 /20 and 9/4/20. I cancelled and requested refund on 4/12/20. 6 weeks later no refund only notice that they are processing it.
I email senior executives today and no response as yet.
What recourse do I have to get my refund?
