How do I complain to the TSA?

By | December 9th, 2013

What do you do if something goes wrong with your TSA screening? Here are a few helpful tips about the agency. Timing is everything when you’ve got a problem with your screening.

  • As usual super helpful. Knowing who you are dealing with is key. When I have to complain to a hotel, I ask for a manager and the first question is “Please May I have your card?” That way you know what level you are dealing with and if too low, you can nicely ask for a higher up.
