• Before contacting me, please search this site to make sure I haven’t addressed a similar question. You may find the answer you’re looking for, although I’m always happy to hear from you.

• There are certain cases that I’m unable to help with. Those include finding lost items, retrieving missing or expired loyalty points, or offering specific vacation advice that you would typically get from a travel agent.

• Please note that your story may be used in a future article, and that all emails to me and comments left on the site are considered “on the record” conversations.
