• My advocacy work is, and always will be, completely free. If you have a problem, send me an email and I’ll either help you fix it or fix it for you. Here are a few important details.

• My books are free. I have a series of ebooks on travel called The Travel Troubleshooter. Even after the book is published, a significant portion of it will cost absolutely nothing.

• I publish a free email newsletter. It’s packed with tips on being a better consumer, and there’s never a charge for it. The newsletter is a great way to keep up with the latest consumer news if you aren’t online every day (and did I mention it’s completely free?).
